some primeval stuff from which they
were a history dimly guessed at – it has
given us a new conception of the matter –
it has become the parent of the future – and
with the picture of what we know now –
that there is an atom within the atom within
the atom – and all the discoveries of men –
for we have traveled far since Darwin and in
the sun's heat we can make more than guesses
as to what is probable
